On the Ground: See Utah’s IPM Program & Research in Action

Across the West, state IPM programs all look and work differently, to best serve the pest-management needs of the people and agriculture in their state.

In Utah, it means a focus on fruits and vegetables first, knowing there is a lot of both commercial and backyard production. It also means putting in sustained effort to keep destructive invasive pests from becoming established in the Beehive State.

We recently had the opportunity to spend a couple of days seeing the Utah Pests team in action, and took a few pictures.
